Thomas E. Shipley serves as president of Rockit Products Inc., a Madison, WI based marketing and product development company and is Managing Partner for Enca, L.L.C. a subsidiary. Mr. Shipley has over 25 years of administrative experience in the public and private non-for-profit educational field and business industry. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Education and a 1978 graduate of Northern Illinois University in Administration.

In his former position as an educational administrator, Mr. Shipley was responsible for the management and financial growth of the school. He successfully completed a 14 million dollar capital campaign for the building of new facilities and program development. Additionally he was responsible for leadership of the institution's 24 member Board of Trustees which oversees marketing, public relations, development and strategic planning. He has spoken at numerous workshops and conferences on the topics of fund development, board development, customer relations and strategic planning.

Mr. Shipley is also a business associate consultant for John Roach Projects Inc., a Madison based corporate broadcast communication firm. In 1994 Madison Magazine named him one of Madison's Most Influential people. Mr. Shipley's background in administration, leadership, and development provide an excellent wealth of experiences in the management and coordination of Rockit Products Inc. and Enca, L.L.C. He currently is responsible for daily management of two projects that are in various stages of product rollout in DRTV and retail.

Mr. Shipley is a former All-Big 10 baseball performer. While at the University of Wisconsin he was named Most Valuable Player twice and Captain in two of his three seasons. In his senior year he tied former great and major league star Harvey Kuehn's all time career hit record at Wisconsin. In 2002, Mr. Shipley served as President of the National "W" Club in 2001, the schools' nation-wide letterman's alumni organization, and currently is a member of its Executive Board.

He has a proven track record in the areas of leadership, development, fundraising and strategic planning. His experience in these areas, along with his strong work ethic and interpersonal skills will equate to positive and successful results for your organization.
