The need for quality training and, in particular, leadership development has been identified throughout the U.S. At JFK Associates, Inc. we have designed our leadership development training program to help develop leaders to work toward the achievement of professional, personal and organizational growth. The Leadership Development Program provides leadership training for staff and uses multiple techniques to assess participant’s levels of effectiveness over a range of chosen criteria.
Development workshops are the first stage of an ongoing commitment to developing your leadership skills. This experience will give participants a blueprint, a clearer direction, and may encourage you to look at situations and circumstances differently and assist you in responding more effectively than ever before in your personal and professional development.
This workshop will help each participant:
- “take stock” of where you currently are in terms of competencies, skills and abilities in comparison with those competencies identified as critical to the success of both you and your organization,
- discover your professional leadership development needs so a plan for your growth in those areas can be formulated,
- use feedback provided by you, your immediate supervisor, peers, staff and the Development Workshop criteria to enhance self-awareness of your strengths and weaknesses.
