Our Services : The Growth Coach® Business Coaching :
Quarterly Strategic Retreats
 Quarterly clients meet for one full day (an eight hour workshop) every three months, or once per quarter. They come to work “on” their business and “on” their life with a perspective of ownership, versus “in” them as an employee with a glorified job. Clients complete a 90-day Strategic Planner during each Quarterly Retreat. This is their 90-day roadmap, their guide for maximizing their strengths and eliminating the habits and clutter that prevent them from achieving success and greater balance in their life.
Lunch is provided mid-day and refreshments are available throughout the retreat. Participants also receive two “accountability touches” following each retreat. These brief one-on-one coaching sessions are 5 to 15 minutes in duration and are intended to hold you accountable to your 90-day plan.
A commitment is made for 12 months of coaching services, a total of four quarterly retreats and eight accountability touches. An overview of the themes for each Quarterly Retreat appears below:

* The five topic areas of the Quarter 1 Retreat are revisited during the morning portion of each subsequent retreat, Quarter 2 and beyond. A Strategic Mindset Mastery Series is available for continuing coaching sessions after Quarter 8.
