Leadership Development Program

Goal: The need for quality training and, in particular, Leadership Development has been identified throughout the U.S. JFK Associates, Inc. has designed the Leadership Development Program to help develop leaders to work toward the achievement of professional, personal and organizational growth. The Leadership Development Program uses multiple techniques to assess participant’s levels of effectiveness over a range of chosen criteria
Content: Development Workshops are the first stage of an ongoing commitment to developing your leadership skills. This experience will give participants a blueprint, a clearer direction, and may encourage you to look at situations and circumstances differently and assist you in responding more effectively than ever before in your personal and professional development.

Content: In this seminar JFK Associates, Inc. will help you define the purpose and objectives of a team before initiating, realizing that not everyone can lead a team, and identifying staff members who can establish ground rules or norms for effective team behavior. Participants will understand the various strengths and talents of the team members then use them to define their roles within the team.
